Restrictions For Non-Registered Under RERA (For Project)

According to Subsection 1 of Section 3, no promoter is allowed to advertise, market, book, sell, or offer for sale any plot, apartment, or building in any real estate project without registering it with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority established under the Act.

Section 2 (zh) defines "planning area" as an area designated by the appropriate Government or competent authority for planned development. This includes planning areas, development areas, local planning areas, regional development plan areas or any other area specified by the appropriate Government. It also encompasses any area designated by the appropriate Government or competent authority for future planned development under the Town and Country Planning law in force at that time.

Please note that these restrictions are essential to ensure compliance with RERA regulations and protect buyers' interests.
